If you’re planning to build your solution using an agile approach — which we highly recommend — your plan should also include key pitfall mitigations to keep the project on track:

ARCHITECT IT RIGHT

We support the Salesforce Well-Architected implementation framework  which is built around a core of Trusted, Easy, and Adaptable.

Which we believe represent universal principles of good system design (see here.However, as Salesforce is often just one part (albeit a very important part) of the GTM tech stack we do not use the Salesforce diagram notation. We prefer instead the view that diagrams should be understandable without knowing a vendor specific notation as espoused by the 4C model team (see here.

We recommend  that an agile project delivery process is adopted because it ensures that you achieve the most value in the shortest time, ensuring that project momentum is maintained. 

That said, we know that every company has its own way of working — and we respect that. If you already have established project delivery methods, we’re more than happy to adapt our approach to align with yours, ensuring seamless collaboration and a shared path to success.

Unfortunately it is often the case that the onboarding plan is  an afterthought even though people may be  asked to make significant changes to their ways of working. We can help you ​to develop a change management plan to on board the team to the new system.

We have recently started developing a process mining tool so as a SAAS startup we are using AI extensively to both accelerate our product development and time to market. We would be happy to share our expérience of using AI to optimise your GTM workflow. Although we think Agentforce is a great tool and would be happy to help you implement it in your company we think there are many other AI uses cases that can benefit Salesforce customers.
